Today my baby boy turns 1 month old! It is so hard to believe that a month has passed already! He's the sweetest little guy : ) I was a pro at summarizing each month of Zoey's first year on my blog (for me more than anyone else) but since I have two... I'm going to work on getting at least the main things down for Zadyn and then hopefully more.
Zadyn's First Month :
* Mommy's calculations on weight : 10lbs. 2 oz. (we'll find out for sure at our well baby visit Thursday)
* Zadyn met his mamaw, papaw, Uncle Illy, Aunt Sandy & Uncle Craig, granny, pa, & most importantly his Big Sis Zoey on the first few days after he was born.
* Zadyn was circumsized (ouch for mommy) on the day he got to come home.
* He got his first sponge bath from mommy at home as well as his first bath in the Whale tub at home from mommy, sissy, and mamaw.
* He sleeps like a pro (except for belly ache nights), only waking up 1 or 2 times during the night to nurse. * He loves to be held and cuddled.
* His tear ducts have been stopped up and we are still trying to get them to work. Please Pray for him :(
* We have nicknamed him lil grunter and lil squealer because he is so noisy.
* He HATES having his diaper changed and has soaked mommy, the bed, and himself a number of times. (It's hard getting use to changing a boy after changing a girl for 15 months! It's been a long time since I got a lot of practice at that... ie. my brother)
* He sleeps where he belongs... with his sissy & I ... and daddy, too : )
